passed away Feb. 21, 2022
She was born on July 27, 1942, in Dayton, OH
She moved to Phoenix, AZ with her family in 1945
then located in Yuma, AZ where she attended Yuma Union High School.
She was in the marching band and played the snare drum as a percussionist.
She was involved in the Theatre and appeared in many plays
She graduated in 1960 with honors
She attended college at UA in Flagstaff, AZ
She worked at EGG in 1961 where she made lifelong friends
Dena Johnston Cameron and Diane De Leonardis
She married Robert (Bob) R. Griffin in Nov. 15, 1965, in Costa Rica
In 1967 They started Griffin Investigations
to identify card counters and gaming cheaters for casinos and law enforcement.
Bob and Beverly divorced in 2004.
Beverly obtained her Private Investigators License in December 2007
Beverly obtained Griffin Investigations in 2008.
Which she Owned and Operated for 55 years until her death.
Griffin Investigations will continue with Paula and Albert Ludwig.
Paula Ludwig has worked for Griffin Investigations for 23 years and will continue her Legacy.
Beverly enjoyed traveling, cruises, Skiing in Vail, Co., shopping and more shopping
and her favorite thing for dinner is reservations with wine.
She was a member of: Casino investigations gaming community
She is preceded in Death by her mother, Marjorie Bell Rohan- who she adored.
Her father, Alfred Beverly Swabb and her sister Patricia Bell Loring.
Survived by her cat Zelda, and
Niece Brenda Lansing Loring and her children, Chris M. Graybill, Amy R. Graybill and Gavin Gene Smith
Niece Kim Loring Mamian and her children, Jordan Mamian Craig and her children, Coutlynne Mamian and Danny Mamian
Her Stepsister Marel Rohan Germain
her God daughter Sherry Cameron and lifetime friend Dena Cameron
Beverly Griffin was a classy, well-dressed woman.
She had an Amazing life.
Her Celebration of life will be held March 12, 2022 at 2:00 pm
