Darnell Cortez Sanders

Darnell Cortez Sanders, 42, of Watts, California. Passed away on July 2, 2023 in Las Vegas, NV. Darnell was born in Watts California to Derek and Edith Sanders on September 28th 1982. Darnell attended 92nd Elementary, Orr Middle School and graduated from Bonanza High School. Darnell gained the name Trouble at the age of 7 years old not because he got in a lot of trouble but because he looked like trouble. He was given the nickname by his grandmother neighbor Mr. McBill. Darnell considered himself a indago child he was very quiet but loved to make his family laugh. He worked at Ethel M's, Marie Callendar and Good Humor. Darnell was a free spirited person, he always said exactly what he was thinking and he was ready to teach you something new every time he sees you. He loved his sister and his brothers so much and was always thinking of others before himself.

Darnell will truly be missed and lived on in all of our hearts forever.

Darnell is preceded in death by his grandmother Earsline Taylor and his sister Kandce Marie Sanders. Darnell is survived by his brothers and sisters Jurdon Sanders, Derek Lee Sanders Jr., LaMar Owens, Derek C. Sanders Sr., Darren Sanders, Darion Sanders, Hazuki Naito, Kaitlin Sanders, and Ashley Sanders. His parents Edith Sanders, and Derek Lee Sanders Sr., His aunts and uncles Dattilo Daniel's, Della Jackson, Scarlet Beard, Michael Beard, George McCord, Linda McCord, Chris McCord, Xochitl McCord and his nieces and nephews Amber Sanders, Amanda Sanders, Wade Sanders, Da'Jeonte Sanders, Brielle Sanders, Eli Sanders, Derek C. Sanders Jr., Maliki Sanders, Kandace TE Sanders a host of cousins and friends.
