D’Arrius Jamar Hill, 16, of Las Vegas Nevada, passed away on May 19, 2024 in Clark County Nevada.
 
D’Arrius was born in Saint Louis Missouri to Patricia Crumer and Burgus Hill Sr. on March 29, 2008.

D’Arrius was an Amazingly sweet child he could brighten any room with his smile. He was always joking and joaning with everybody and even when he was down he would always encourage people to never give up and try their best. D’Arrius attended Desert Pines High Sunrise Mountain High and Cowan Academic High School; he had just finished his Sophomore year and was going into his Junior year with A's and B’s. His life was tragically cut short before he got to live and become the Professional Boxer he was training to be. He could always be found at the Robert E. “Bob” Price Recreation Center with his peers. He Loved his nephews with a passion he would wrestle and play with Ja’Lyn for hours and rock and hold Ja’Bari every chance he had. He loved everybody without conditions and expectations. His favorite movies were Major Payne and Cry Baby and he would go around doing Major Payne scenes and voice around the house. GOD knows how much I’ll miss that. D’Arrius was the baby of my bunch but he was the Absolute Glue to keep them together no matter what. Chubbie Mommy Loves You Always. D’Arrius was absolutely loved by all of his family and will be missed tremendously.

D’Arrius is preceded in death by his Grandparents Pamela and Burgus Harris, Aunt Tirah G Crumer, Great Grandmothers Essie Mobley, Connie Henderson, and Patricia Mahoney, and Uncle Julius K Underwood.

D’Arrius is survived by siblings Kalaiya (Shalah), Burgus Jr.(Paige), Khalil, Javon, and Juleisa with nephews Ja'Lyn and Ja'Bari, Parents Patricia Hill and Burgus Hill Sr., Aunts and Uncles Barry Jr. (Victoria), Davion (Ashani), Aisha (Lionell Sr.), Anthony, Adrian Jr., Anjia (Joshua), Bobby III, Latasha, and Shanice. Grandparents Angela Mahoney-Brown and Adrian Brown Sr., Bobby Robinson (Cleora), his best friend and favorite cousin Treasure, and a host of Great Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and family members.

Memorial services will be held 12:30pm on Saturday June 8, 2024 at 3401 Arsenal St. Saint Louis Mo. 63118 with Pastor Kareem Burns of Upon This Rock Christian Ministries officiating.
