Joseph Richard Lopez

Joseph Richard Lopez, 43, passed away in Las Vegas, NV on June 22, 2024.

Joseph was passionate about his cars, especially his Nissan 350Z, which he enjoyed racing and showing at Z Car Clubs. He loved animals, in particular his rescue cat Fluffy, who he had the pleasure of knowing for 15 years.

His favorite hobby since the age of 4 was Star Wars, and he looked forward to receiving the text "May the fourth be with you" from his mother each year on May 4.

He was an exceptional hockey player and a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightening hockey team since it's inception. His collection of memorabilia is huge and will be cherished.

Joseph is survived by his mother and stepfather, Janet and James Annunziata, his father and stepmother, Joe and Cindy Lopez, his sister Lisa Manfre and family, and his aunt and uncle, Carol and Richard Richter aunts Maria and Rosita Lopez and family. He will join his brother Robert Annunziata and sister Nicole Annunziata when he is interred at a later date in Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, NY.

Joseph had many friends from childhood and continued making new friendships his entire life. He was loved by all of his family and friends and will be sorely missed, but NEVER forgotten.
