Rosemary Josephine Chandonia

Rosemary Josephine Chandonia 88 (born May 31,1935) of Henderson Nevada, passed away on April 15, 2024 very peacefully at home. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Josephine (Carlisle) Darrigan; Brothers Jim (Marjorie) & Cecil (Ethel) Darrigan; and her husband, Bob, that passed away in 2008.

Bob and Rosie were married for 50 years. They lived in South Bend until 1998, when they then moved to Henderson Nevada. 

They enjoyed the casinos, spending time with grandchildren, and travels back to South Bend. Most of all they adored the majestic mountains.

Rosemary is survived by her children Robert of Bradenton Florida, Craig (Tammy) of Danville Illinois, Sandra Hanks of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Michelle (Doug) Young of South Bend Indiana; as well as 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; Chuck (Pam) Chandonia of Lewisville, Texas; and her childhood friend Helen Gorton of Niles Michigan.

A graveside service will be held at a future date (to be determined) within Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, located at 10875 Jefferson Road, Osceola, Indiana 46561.
