Shawna D. Rylander, a bright spirit who graced our lives with love and laughter, passed away on February 28, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born on June 8, 1988, in the sunny state of Florida, Shawna embraced life's adventures with an open heart and an infectious smile that could light up any room.

She was a graduate of high school and reflected a dynamic blend of curiosity, creativity, and warmth. Shawna's passion for life was evident in everything she undertook, whether it was pursuing her interests or nurturing the bonds she held with family and friends. Her laughter was a melody that filled the air around her, creating an atmosphere of joy wherever she went.

Though she has departed from this world, Shawna leaves behind a loving father, Donald J. Rylander, who will cherish her memory forever. Her homecoming to rest brings sorrow and loss, especially as she is survived by the fond memories of her stepmother, Yvonne, and siblings—her sisters, Sarah and Joan, as well as her brothers, Nicholas and Frank, and sister Sarah Patrick. Each of them carries a piece of her spirit within their hearts.

Shawna's legacy continues through her uncles, Glen Rylander, Stephen Rylander, and Mark Rylander. They, along with several cousins, will always remember her with fondness and affection, holding on to the warmth of the moments they shared.
